Introducing the Pathways Program

Pathways is a newly offered educational plan introduced by Toastmasters International. It replaces the traditional program that had been in place for many years. The Pathways program takes advantage of the newer online technologies which allows greater flexibility in working from multiple locations. A suggested overview of the program is provided in the following links

The Pathways program offers 11 specialized learning paths to develop your skills. The different paths allow you to develop skills in the areas that are most pertinent to your business or professional development. The different pathways include:

  • Dynamic Leadership
  • Effective Coaching
  • Engaging Humor
  • Innovative Planning
  • Leadership Development
  • Motivational Strategies
  • Persuasive Influence
  • Presentation Mastery
  • Strategist Relationships
  • Team Collaboration
  • Visionary Communication
