My website seems to be working fine. However, every time that I use a search engine to access the website I am redirected to a variety of other websites. The other websites usually contain add-ons to my website name and offer services that would improve the efficiency of my website. Sometimes the add-ons are at the front and sometimes at the end. The website had been working well for years until this problem suddenly developed. I have looked at different possibilities but nothing has worked. Based upon what I read, I am thinking that the symptoms point toward some kind of virus.
I will appreciate any suggestions on how to identify the problem and how to fix it.
